Open the app → tap a shape from the gallery → tap the camera icon to take a photo, or the library icon to pick one → position your photo inside the shape → tap Press. Watch the animation and feel the haptic feedback as your piece appears.

Both work. The camera button lets you take a fresh photo right inside the app — great for spontaneous moments. The library button lets you pick from your existing photos. Either way, the photo goes through the press without leaving your device.

After pressing, tap "Save." The piece will be written to your iOS Photos library. If you see a permission prompt, tap Allow. To save without touching your Photos library, tap "Keep" instead — the piece stays inside Piecely's Collection.

Open Piecely → Settings → "Restore Purchases." As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, the purchase will restore immediately.

First, try Settings → "Restore Purchases." If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your Apple receipt (order number from Apple's confirmation email) and we'll sort it out.

Refunds go through Apple directly. Visit Apple's refund page, find the charge, and request a refund there.

This usually means the app doesn't have Photos (add) permission. Go to Settings → Piecely → Photos → Add Photos Only (or "Full Access") and try again.

The app needs camera permission. Go to Settings → Piecely → Camera → Allow. You can still use photos from your library without this permission.
